Home is work for a Resource, not a dashboard of every widget. Resource means Account Owner — the Aura user on the Account record.

In-person visits, open tasks, and last contacts for the selected Resource.

Resource control
The control sits on the In-person visits heading row.
- Default: the signed-in user if they own accounts (they appear in Resource); otherwise All.
- Pick another teammate to see their book.
- Pick All for every account you can read. The choice stays for this visit to Home.
The same choice scopes:
- In-person visits (last 12 months)
- Open tasks
- Due this week
- Upcoming tasks
- Last contacts
A blank Account Owner is not treated as you.
In-person visits
Monthly bars for account visits in the last 12 months. Counts run down the right edge. Hover a bar for that month's total.
Only visits on accounts owned by the selected Resource are included (or every visit when Resource is All).
Open tasks and Due this week
These two metrics sit under the chart.
- Open tasks — tasks that are not Done, owned by the selected Resource.
- Due this week — that same set, due this calendar week.
Upcoming tasks
A table of those open tasks: subject, related record, due date. Related links through to the account, contact, or program.
Last contacts
One row per Active account whose Account type is Customer or Partner and whose owner matches the Resource. Inactive and Archived accounts stay off this list. Accounts with no visit still appear.

Missing dates show as —. Sort is last visit, newest first; blanks last. The card header shows how many rows match.
