Programs

A school-year offering at one account: mentor, dates, people, files, and archive.

Overview

A Program is a school-year offering at one Account. Example: a language program at Adena Local Schools for 2025–26, with a mentor in the building.

Do not treat Programs as campaigns or deals.

### Details

  • Status — Active or Archived
  • Success manager
  • Account (required)
  • Mentor — dedicated contact lookup, not only a role chip
  • Student enrollment types — chips from Settings — Module settings — Programs. You pick; you do not invent types here
  • Teacher usage
  • Latest agreement — pulled from the account's agreement list

### Billing

  • Describe billing — notes for this program. Line breaks stay as you type them.
  • Billing doc — an http or https link, such as a Google Drive document. Blank is allowed. The saved link opens in a new tab.
  • Billing contact — a contact on this program's account. None clears it. With no account, the list stays empty.

### Summary and dates

Summary is a click-to-edit text area.

Program dates:

  • Semester A start / end
  • Semester B start / end
  • School calendar URL or uploaded file (PDF, PNG, JPEG, Excel)

### People and files

People lists Active contacts on this program. Columns are Name and Title.

Files are PDFs and URLs attached to the program. Use the pane + to upload; click a file to open it in a new tab; trash removes it.

### Activity

Notes and the unified timeline sit under the summary / dates stack.

### Delete

The red trash icon on the program header asks for confirmation. The program goes to the recycle bin. Account and contact records use the same icon. Admins can delete any program. Members follow Settings → Access: Delete All or Delete Own (Success manager).
