Jump to a record from the top bar, or create an account, contact, program, task, or note.
The top bar field placeholder is Search — nothing longer.
Type to see a live list grouped into Accounts, Contacts, and Programs. That dropdown is the whole experience; there is no separate results page.

The + at the right of the top bar opens a compact Create menu:
Each choice opens a blocking focus drawer. Fill the required fields and save. Required contact fields are last name, first name, email, phone, title, and account.
List pages also have a + in the header. That one creates only that module (Add account on Accounts, and so on). It does not open a compose menu of Note / Task / Visit.
On an Account record the header + offers Note, Task, Visit, and Program (account pre-filled). No Email item there.
On a Contact record the header + offers Note, Task, and Visit.
Email is composed from an email address on the record (the address itself is the control), not from those + menus.
